Blackwater Honey is a 3rd generation, family run, Beekeeping business focused on producing real Irish honey. We work with the natural landscape, not against it. Our apiaries sit along the Blackwater river, an area known for clean air, diverse forage, and low agricultural pressure. You can taste the natural landscape in every jar.
