Carrow is a small coffee roastery on a family farm near the Atlantic in County Sligo, selling roasted single-origin coffees online. The founders source beans directly from smallholder farmers and roast in a light to medium style.

Every Sunday during the summer season you can visit Schull Country Market from 10am to 2pm at the Pier Road Car Park and be delighted by the array of locally produced goods. You'll find vegetables, fruit and salads harvested that morning from Lisheen Greens, as well as the renowned Gubbeen cheeses and cured meats from the Ferguson family farm just a couple of miles up the road.

The menu has ample choice, lots of healthy options and ones to accommodate dietary needs, definitely something for everyone, all day breakfast options too and the food provenance is listed - quality of local sources was obvious on tasting our meals. Soup, a toastie & salad, and steaming bowl of seafood chowder more than filled us - so much so the tasty baked goods at the counter had to remain just there. Next time we'll ensure to bring bigger appetites!! :-)
