Well worth the visit pleasant atmosphere and the assist was very informative they do a cheese tasting on Tuesday you fo need to make a reservation. I will try it in the future.
I've just tasted it at friends' in Belgium, and it's probably the best blue cheese I've ever tried. Soft and creamy but full of its very own, very subtle and original character. We'll be in Ireland this spring and I can't wait to taste it on location 😋
Cashel Blue is an excellent quality blue cheese that I buy. For my family and me, It makes a lovely dip to go with my Carrot and celery sticks when I have Chicken wings. It is great as a snack on its own or on toast as well. It is awesome with grapes, pears and a little Vanilla Ice Cream. Cashel Blue is a versatile, delicious product. But, they also make a cheese called Crozier Blue which is as nice. I recommend these Cheeses for quality and versatility.
