Dave brings a passion for and encyclopedia-like knowledge of apple and pear trees, while Barry bring the wizardry of fermenting, blending and creating new drinks.

The Apple Farm is a family fruit farm in Cahir, County Tipperary, growing apples, pears, plums, cherries and berries. It makes juices, lemonades, jams and cider vinegar on site and sells them in its farm shop.
