This was truly a wonderful family experience for us! It was an absolute pleasure to learn from Mary and Carmel, as they shared history and culture of Ireland and baking, guiding us through making our own items (working seamlessly with our group of varying ages), and they really made it special. This was one of the most memorable activities I did in Ireland and we got to enjoy our scones and bread for the rest of our trip!

What an absolute delight of an experience! Carmel and Mary are lovely and will share wonderful stories and Irish history. The Irish coffee’s were the best we’ve had! Highly recommend!

My sister and I did this class on our last morning in Westport and it was such a delight! We learned a lot about Irish Soda Bread baking methods, history of the invention of soda bread, and how to make Irish butter! It was such a great class, and Mary and Carmel made it a fun environment for everyone.
