We’re Fierce Mild, a Louth based brewery dedicated exclusively to great-tasting alcohol-free beer. Launched in 2024 by childhood friends and brothers-in-law Fergal Carroll and Cathal Byrne. We Brew Things Differently, using a specialised yeast that naturally limits fermentation. No need to strip out alcohol — and flavour — after brewing.
