I have been craving venison for some time now, couldn't find it anywhere! I remembered this gem of a butchers and had to chance it to see if there were any sold here. Luckily there are and I got some absolutely fabulous looking venison steaks thanks to one of the kind gentlemen there for pointing them out to me! Cooked them by pan with some onions and mushrooms then made some gravy with the left over juices and had one of the most delicious meals I've had in years! Thank you for showing me where
So far it was quite good with quality, however on last shopping I got big piece of pork shoulder which after taking from the fridge next day was all green and smelly. That's 15 euro going to the bin! Very disappointing
I often buy meat in cribbins. I’m vegetarian but I still buy meat for my guests and when I cook corned beef for my family. Corned beef absolutely delicious. I can’t fault them. Excellent steak as well10/10
