Sandy is a pro! I am very exact when it comes to food particularly around sourcing. Sandy uses the best of ingredients and gorwing what she can, free range eggs, real butter etc. This was rare when i started looking for cake suppliers for the wedding. Sandys samples were outstanding and made it very hard to choose which is a great complaint. She does everything from raspberry jams to blackberry, hazelnut and thyme, orange cakes and many more. Sandy is just a joy to work with!!! She made our wedding cake dreams come true. We had a two tier cake and two batches of mini cupcakes for the dessert table as well. Everything was insanely delicious, and we loved that the flavors are natural and local. Sandy hand-made the edible flowers on our cake, and they were so stunning I could have sworn they were the real thing! From concept to sketch to execution, she’s detail oriented, meticulous, and very kind. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

The cake was simply exquisite—both beautiful and utterly delicious. It was the perfect centerpiece for our special day and a joy to share with our guests.
