Wild Atlantic Oyster is the brand representing the oyster producers in Sligo Bay, on Ireland's North West coast. Our producers specialize in the cultivation of the Pacific oyster species Crassostrea Gigas, which they source from their own shellfish hatchery on the shores of Sligo Bay.<br>The company currently exports its branded, live oysters to distributors in Europe and Asia, in particular France, Netherlands, Spain and Italy, as well as Mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore, where they are served in the top hotels and restaurants.<br> Origin Green approval through 31 May 2026.
