Swainstown Farm

We went after seein a few posts on social media (I did point this out too the staff in case there was an effort to promote the business), mostly for the café. Swainstown Farm is a hidden gem in the outskirts of Kilmessan, Co. Meath. Visited here in August 2024, hoping to get some fresh vegetables. This place was a great discovery. They offer very high quality veg and a limited range of meat (lamb and pork). The emphasis is on sustainable, fresh produce. One of my favourite spots around! Gorgeous scenery, lovely coffee and treats, and as someone who loves to cook, the fresh veg is unparalleled - the eco friendly packaging and ethos is a great touch too. Love seeing the happy chooks and other farm animals roaming around, and the ladies in the shop and the owners are such friendly people. A hidden gem but not for long I suspect. Not to be missed!
