About Ruby’s Bakery
I started baking with my mum at 2 years old. I pursued a career in science until 2017 when i started baking bread and making a range of baked goods and desserts for weddings. In 2018, I began attending the weekly farmer’s market at Sheridan’s Cheesemongers in Carnaross, Co Meath, selling cakes, cookies and other sweet treats. In 2021, I started making sourdough bread for Platter By Lu in Trim, Co Meath as well as the market and being part of the Local Green Box Cavan. In 2022, I moved into my own bakery kitchen and have been baking full time since then.
