I ordered 2 boxes of tea bags for a Christmas gift, only received 1. The tea I received arrived very quickly and the person I got it for liked it, so not a 1 star review. My problem is that I've emailed, used the contact form, messaged their Facebook page... Not a word back in helping me with my order and sending my other item. I guess on my end it's not a lot of money to have lost, but it was a disappointment not to have the tea as it was part of a larger Christmas gift.
What delicious teas! I ordered 50 of the Bedtime Brew and 50 of the Roe & Cosy for my wedding guests as favors for them to bring home. Nicola was incredibly gracious about delivering them to our hotel so we could pack them up before the big day, which I appreciated. Not only was the packaging gorgeous, but the tea smells OUTSTANDING! I had a cup for myself when I got back home and I'm so glad I decided to trust Nicola with my wedding favors. Highly recommend supporting Niks Tea!
I was ordering some loose tea leaves for my Boss for upcoming Christmas and stumbled on Nik’s Tea, 5/6 was for my boss and one for myself. And I would say that even though I did not have any kinds of issue to talk to customer service or anything. But I received a nice ‘Thank You’ email which made me feel very happy. Not only that, they were quick! I honestly didn’t expect it to arrive today in the post so I was positively surprised to come home with a box for myself. I haven’t tried yet. But my
