Grá Pizza

The best pizza in Ireland? Best I can remember having. We had the Behan, Robinson, Heaney and Beckett. Beckett was the star of the show but they were all great. Yes we ate them on the car bonnet...don't judge. The dough is so moist and the gluten is so developed it has an amazing structure. The topping quality and pairings are amazing. On the drive home all we talked about was how good the pizza was. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

I read the article in the Irish Times last week about Gra Pizza, I immediately sent the article on to the GF and we headed up after work on Friday. Wow, the flavour, I am still dreaming of it this morning and we are both counting down the day's until we can get our next fix. Picked up a few different pizzas from Gra pizza. Absolutely amazing flavours and textures. Devoured by all. Will be returning and trying all of their variations. A great find! Best ever!
