Brilliant pub/bar attached to a fruit and veg shop! Bar is wide open plan style, pool table at back, but it's a lovely spot with good pints.
Probably the my favourite pub in Oldcastle. The Heineken is amazing here. They have really kept the authentic genuine Irish charm here. They don't go down the plastic route either which I love. You can really tell that they care for this pub from the bottles of beer on the shelves all lined up like little soilders and not a spec of dust on them. There is also a lovely beer garden out the back which is great on the nice weather.
Good music on some Friday nights, check with the bar staff
