Quite disappointed. Looking for specialty coffee while traveling, this place was recommended. However, nothing about it is specialty coffee. No roast date on bean packages, limited info on origin; No latte art; Cocoa powder on top of the milk. Very bitter espresso extraction. Limited hygiene behind espresso machine. 2 stars because of the nicely decorated interior with the roast machine in the center and the (reasonably) friendly staff. Don’t come here if you‘re a coffee lover, you can get this

If you like a normal coffee but no thanks for spending over €4 for a small cup. This is the place for you. Staff aren't rude, just wholly disinterested

This review is about sustainability only! 🙂 I’m so grateful to have found this coffee shop in Cork, and was especially pleased to see that you offer real, reusable mugs to customers who asked for them. That said, it seems that many customers in-house did not know about the available reusable mugs. Maybe there is more you can do to easily communicate this option to those who may be interested. Perhaps that means having barista‘s ask customers directly if they want a mug for here. Or maybe that
