Bought Carrot cake from Tates in Ditchling Sussex it was well in date. Ì think this was the worst cake ever, not very moist and forgetting the icing was so so sweet, it was awful. Certainly won't be tempted again.
Beautiful cakes, glad they sell them here in the UK, got mine in Norfolk. It was carrot cake and was perfect, moist and sweet, good ingredients.
Dry, texture like sand. Had to cover it in pouring cream do I could swallow it.
