We had an amazing tour and beer tasting with the owner as part of a larger tour of Ireland we were part of. The experience we had was top notch as we learned about the deep history of the property and how the brewery came about. The property is lovely and the beer is fantastic. We had generous sample sizes of the red ale, the pale ale and the stout and the special part is that each beer was paired with delicious cheeses and meats along with bread and crackers.. so delicious!!! We enjoyed each
Wonderful tour of a very special location! David's passion for his family's farm and history is evident in his great presentation. Fantastic yard and the brewery is unique. Definitely a great find.
What a special treat to meet David Walsh-Kemmis and his team at the brewery. Hospitality, education, and a tasting of their work—a must!! I love the fact that they are carrying on the art of farming and brewing fine ale (Red Ale ++) while opening their location to events and organizations. This is the mark of a true entrepreneur.
