Great local butcher shop and reasonably priced. The butchers are super helpful/knowledgeable and they carry a wide variety of food staples and meats. They stock slow roasting cuts of beef and pork such as beef brisket, pork shoulder, beef short rib etc. If you ask, they could probably get you any cut you would like.
Excellent local shop. Very helpful and kind gentlemen.
Edit: Am updating this review, because this butcher now has a dry-aging cabinet full of ribeye...which taste amazing! They'll cut to order, so you don't have to worry about your steaks being too thin. --- Great large burgers for the bbq, and they provide a mean shoulder of pork for the low-n-slow.
