I’m Olly Nolan, a beefarmer and smallholder in the Dublin Mountains. I produce award winning, 100% raw, local Irish honey, including heather, blossom & softset honey from my many different apiaries around Dublin and Wicklow. I also produce grass fed Dexter beef, vegetables, eggs and much more. Follow my journey as I show you what is going on up on my little piece of land in the Dublin mountains.

Nothing but 5 ✨. I first ordered a couple of packs of Heathers honey and it was the yummiest honey I’ve ever had. Mum loved it too. The quality and flavour speaks for itself. Today I got 6 more packs of different types delivered. I wish there were bigger sized bottles. Can’t wait to visit Olly’s farm.

Had a fab time on the farm with Olly doing his Bee & Honey experience. We got to see how the honey is processed, tasted various different types of honey (love love love the hot honey) and then got suited up to go and see the bees! We got to see a couple of queen bees, the brood (watched some baby bees emerging from their cells which was AMAZING), and then saw some of the honey laden bee hives. Overall an amazing day!

Excellent honey. We tasted different kinds of honey at Olyy’s farm late August 2025. The honey was delicious and Olly is very friendly. Each jar is labeled with the location and kinds of flower the honey bees used to make the honey.
