We are Pat and Fiona McCormack and, with the help of our two children, we keep native Irish honeybees on the banks of the River Inny in Abbeyshrule, Co. Longford. We produce raw Irish honey and pure beeswax candles. Our beekeeping journey began in 2019 with just one hive of native Irish honeybees. With backgrounds in horticulture, and Pat having studied beekeeping as part of his Diploma, our passion for bees quickly grew.
