Founded by two cousins, Barry Walsh and Dave Watson, with the goal of growing the best rare apple and pear varieties on our Irish soil and to use artisanal & sustainable techniques to turn them into award winning drinks. Dave brings a passion for and encyclopedia-like knowledge of apple and pear trees, while Barry bring the wizardry of fermenting, blending and creating new drinks.

I am a home caterer, no staff, all products made and produced by myself, including labels, and a priority is to keep my produce free of additives such as thickening, colouring and flavouring agents and that the main ingredient is NOT sugar.
