I am a home caterer, no staff, all products made and produced by myself, including labels, and a priority is to keep my produce free of additives such as thickening, colouring and flavouring agents and that the main ingredient is NOT sugar. I reduce allergens so no Malt (Wheat, Barley) Vinegar or Sulphites is used in Chutneys and Pickles.
