About Honey Harvest
Honey Harvest is a small family-run producer based in the Ballymahon area of the Irish Midlands. My partner began beekeeping with his grandfather at the age of four, and together we now share over 40 years of experience working with bees. Our bees forage on wild Irish flowers across the surrounding farmland, producing raw seasonal honey. We harvest in small batches and handle the honey gently to preserve its natural enzymes, pollen and flavour.
