It is based at the foothills of the Galtee Mountains in County Tipperary, Limerick and Cork. , It is in the heart of Ireland’s first conservation area for the Native Irish Honey Bee. Founded from a deep commitment to protecting Ireland’s native honey bee, the farm combines sustainable methods with traditional craft production.
