About Tracey’s Farmhouse Kitchen
I am a former Teacher of Irish and French. I have also worked in tourism and as the eldest of 5 – I have always cooked and baked for my siblings. We live in a converted thatched Cottage on the shores of Strangford lough. I’m just 30 minutes from Belfast and living in an area of outstanding natural beauty. I started making these breads for Neighbours during Covid. The local tourist board offered me consultancy and support and helped me to promote my experience to a wider audience.
