Pearse Lyons Distillery is Dublin's only independently and family-owned distillery. The award-winning distillery, located in the former St. James' Church in the heart of Dublin's Liberties, produces Pearse Irish Whiskey. The distillery, named after the late Dr. Pearse Lyons, founder and whiskey innovator, opened its doors in 2017. Pearse and his wife Deirdre aspired to build a distillery unlike any other in Dublin out of love and family tradition. The distillery experience takes customers on an immersive trip, learning and exploring about the art of Irish whiskey distillation and the distinctive culture of The Liberties, Dublin.<br><br> Origin Green approval through 31 May 2026.
