Stopped in for the window sign advertising "wild venison". Left with 4 wild venison steaks, a pig head and some homemade black pudding. The venison was delicious, rich and gamey; wish we'd have got more for the freezer especially as it was so cheap, €15 kilo! The black pudding looked so unassuming in its labelled, vac pac bag. It was THE.BEST.EVER! Blows Clonakilty to the curb. Fully of seasoning and spice, lovely and chunky like a good pudding should be. Go to this butchers.....
