Glendalough Distillery was started by a few of friends from Wicklow and Dublin. They convinced eachother to leave the safety of their day jobs in the city, and head for the Wicklow Mountains to do something more meaningful - much like the man on their bottle, St Kevin. With a portfolio of different varieties of whiskey, gin, and poitín, some made from fresh wild ingredients, they have a craft spirit to suit every taste. Origin Green approval through 31 May 2026.
