Went into town for a coffee and was served by a young girl called Emma, absolutely breath of fresh air. She made my day as well as a mean cappuccino .100% recommend coming in if you need a drink or some light friendly banter with a brilliant barista!
We were visiting Monaghan today and chose to have a coffee in DInkin’s - we’d come across their delicious bread in supermarkets. I’m sorry to say that we had the worst experience in a long time. I had a very inferior almond bun and my friend had a very unappetising scone.The coffee wasn’t great either. My husband had a fry, which he described as ‘average’.
A very disappointing experience. I walked in Dinkin's home bakery and cafe with excitement as the look gave great welcoming and promising for quality. However it ran down straight away as i look at rather sad display of tarts and cakes. They all look unattractive and old and poor quality. We chose a slice of rhubarb tart, a cream fruit tart, a tea and a black coffee. They costed over 14 euros which is a quite pricey even for a fancy cafe in a big city.
