Cahir Farmers Market | Select Page Located at the Castle Carpark in Cahir, County Tipperary, Cahir Farmers Market hosts stallholders specialising in vegetarian goodies, fresh baked bread and savoury bread, meat stalls, apple farm stall with seasonal fruits, juices, cider vinegar, Fish stall and more. Blackfire is Belfast’s original spicy condiment company. I started it in 2014 after 40 years of travelling the world tasting amazing food and learning from those who made it. Our diet in the north of Ireland was traditionally very conservative so it was difficult to find condiments locally with heat and flavour so I began making my own for friends and family.
