Fantastic class. Joe is a brilliant teacher and eager to share his huge wealth of knowledge. The class is fascinating and fun. Julie prepares a delicious lunch and has loads of info about Cloghjordan. We really enjoyed the day and once we’ve spent some time baking sourdough would love to return for an advanced class. I’d recommend this to anyone who enjoys good bread and/or something different away from the city.
Received a very warm welcome, great sourdough bread learning and a delicious locally produced organic lunch. Arrived home in triumph with four loaves that my wife and kids promptly devoured. Doesn't get any better as a way to learn how to bake real bread. Thanks Julie and Joe!
Great day and value. Lunch provided with some bread tasting. Julie and Joe were very welcoming. Joe was brilliant and very helpful delivering the coarse. Great verity of hands on baking and information on understanding Sourdough. Look forward to booking the level 2 course when I’ve a bit of practice done.
