Very interesting and informative. You learn about the history of Clonakilty and the beginning of Clonakilty blackpudding. This is done by self guided audio and interactive tour. This was fun especially the interactive parts. You can view different stages through the viewing windows at end of tour. The tastings at end with a drink is well worth the visit.

It's an interesting but small museum. The audio guide isn't really necessary since it doesn't give more information than the texts presented in the exhibition. You get to taste the products which is great since they are rather unusual for visitors from Non-English speaking countries.
