Mikes Fancy Cheese is proud to be creating a new tradition of raw milk cheese making in Northern Ireland. Northern Irelands first raw milk cheesemaker, Mike Thomson and his small team produce a raw milk blue cheese called Young Buck. Mike’s Fancy Cheese cheesemongers is based at 41 Little Donegall Street, Belfast.
