I bought a portion of pork belly in the Kilmacud branch. I was looking forward to crispy cranking. However, when I unwrapped the meat the fat and skin were removed from it, hence no crackling. These butchers have no idea how to prepare pork belly
good choice nice staff I move to area so this is a good shop
Great butcher shop, the quality of the meat, sausages, and prepared meals on offer is outstanding. Not exactly cheap, but it's definitely worth it.
