Lorenzens/Walsh is just a wonderful butcher with friendly staff and the best of meat every day every week. I have been buying my meat here for 30+ years and rarely if ever have I been let down. Does wonderful BBQ stuff and the marinated chicken is the "best in the world" according to some well traveled American guests we hosted recently.
