Wonderful Farm-To-Fork Dinner event last night at the farm , for Cork-On- A- Fork Food Festival. Amazing organic high provenance all local produce - minimum Food-miles , 5 course meal in rustic barn setting. Heirloom tomatoes, cucumber & basil, followed by Pork Liver Parfait with their own Black Pudding & pickled cabbage Course 3 was a chicken rissole with Hanna Backmo's Kimchi. Main was Pork Belly with crackling, bulb potatoes, sweet farm carrots and a creamed , curried pickled Fennel sauce
