Gallagher’s Quality Meats has been proudly serving the local community since 1969, built on generations of farming knowledge and a passion for doing things the right way. We rear all of our own beef and lamb, ensuring complete traceability and the highest standards of animal care from farm to fork. All animals are personally reared by owner John Gallagher, who carefully selects each one himself for slaughter every week, ensuring only the finest quality reaches our customers.
