Codd Mushrooms, founded in 1989 in Tullow, Co. Carlow, has grown from a small shed into a modern facility with 45 growing rooms. Producing over 6,000 tonnes annually and employing 240 people, the company leads in innovation and sustainability in Ireland’s mushroom industry. Origin Green approval through 31 May 2027.
