I'm a passionate cheese lover Cáis Na Tíre is what I'd call a find I was always a fan of sheep's milk cheese and I'd usually pick up a bit of Spanish now and again But this Irish sheep's milk cheese is on another level ! Take yer hats of and take a bow and please don't change the way ye make it I absolutely love it
