We are Pat and Fiona McCormack and, with the help of our two children, we keep native Irish honeybees on the banks of the River Inny in Abbeyshrule, Co. Longford. We produce raw Irish honey and pure beeswax candles. Our beekeeping journey began in 2019 with just one hive of native Irish honeybees. Honey Harvest is a small family-run producer based in the Ballymahon area of the Irish Midlands. My partner began beekeeping with his grandfather at the age of four, and together we now share over 40 years of experience working with bees. Our bees forage on wild Irish flowers across the surrounding farmland, producing raw seasonal honey.
