Great experience at the farm. Lovely tour with Guide Dorothy O’Tuama from Lee Valley Taste Trail and John’s son Ciaran. They gave a very insightful history of the farm and it’s current capacity. We got to see cheese being made, the buffalo up close and personal. A lovely food sampling and information and recipe share at the end. There will be up coming open days a month over the summer. Worth a trip.

Amazing set up! Was there on a visit at their farm open day in April. They are all so friendly and informative. Got to taste a few different dishes using the cheese. Yummm!!!😍 keep an eye on their Facebook page if they have any more upcoming tours! 👌 The buffalo are fairly tame and they have a few of their own 'pets' that they (the owners) can hop up on their backs- as seen in the Aldi ad!😛👌 great day out for all ages! Got to purchase some of their burgers and mince after aswell- which was deli

Bought the burrata today, very disappointed! Way too salty, cream (stracciatella) went out mostly in the pot etc I don’t recommend. Prefer the IGP (made in Italia).
