I'm not a big Yogurt fan. However, I recently started doing some personal training and I was looking in Dunnes Stores and I saw the Diet yoghurts and I bought them. I got the mixed flavours and I have to say they are gorgeous. In my opinion, a lot of yoghurts have a bitter sour aftertaste and that's what puts me off them but these are amazing and taste So nice. I feel great energy after them. I'm so happy to have found them. The are naturally gluten free also. Thanks guys.
