Keelings is a family owned Irish company. Our story stretches all the way back to 1926 when the current farm was established. From the early 1920's to the late 1960's, rhubarb was one of our main crops. In the 1930's, we began growing fruits and salads and supplying to the local Dublin markets. We first planted strawberries in 1937, with Bramleys following in 1949. Since then we've expanded our range but we continue to grow and source, the very best quality fresh produce for you to enjoy. The Killavullen Farmers' Market is a community market set up in 2002 following a conference held on the "Food we buy", inspired by Darina Allen who was a guest speaker. The market is set in the peaceful surroundings of the in the Blackwater valley. Beautiful walks around the Centre and by the river are a must.
