Wilson's Butchers Rathfarnham

So I'm vegetarian and haven't a clue what to do with meat. My little old dog stopped eating in May and the weight was falling off her, so I called into Wilsons and was blessed to have Dillon B help me. He has huge knowledge of meat and also dogs diets. He got me heart, liver, kidneys, minced lamb & chicken, and bones to make broth. He wrote on each bag how to cook it and skim off the toxins. Standards have slipped here unfortunately. I recently got steak and roast beef, both tough and not worth their high prices. It was more like a piece of meat from Tesco, not a butchers. Unless standards improve I’ll be going elsewhere

Unreal, amazing meatballs, chicken burgers, lasagne, bbq sausages…probably won’t shop in any other butchers apart from Wilson’s!
