Excellent service and their meat is very tastyy
They'll do any cut you want in the shop. The only place that could cut veal shanks to make Ossobuco. They also have veal liver for Fegato alla Veneziana. Top butchers.
Another great bbq, who says you cant bbq in ireland, in the winter, in the rain? I'm searing the roast before putting it in the crockpot. T-bone is for tonight
