I have created a range of all natural syrups, perfect for cocktails, mocktails and cordials . I use best quality fresh ingredients and traditional techniques such as oleo saccharin , maceration and infusion . I hand make my syrups with principles of minimal waste, using the whole fruit including peels, I repurpose by products, I compost and source local ingredients as much as possible.
