Pizza Sorrento

I have never felt so flabbergasted in the way I have just been spoke to by the lady working there tonite I stopped off on my way home from work.... I gave in my order chicken wings pizza & gbread ....just as the pizza was going in the box's I saw my pizza fall to the floor these things happene I understand but as I was handing back the chicken asking for it to be kept warm the lady behind the counter starts shouting at me saying iam doing that now just leave it in the bag I was taken back at her

Having received a promotion.leaflet in the door we decided to give a local vendor the chance instead of the big pizza giants. Never again. Twenty mins spent trying to explain we received a pizza , took a slice o ly to realise it had chilli on it which we can't eat and didnt order and.missing an order we gave over the phone. Shocking customer care they kept phoning us back to argue that we got a pizza ...didn't seem to matter that it wasn't the one we ordered!! Four of us waiting for dinner two

Giving this place 1 star for the pure reason their employees think its ok to park in the disabled area at Buglers pub on 19th Feb at 1.30pm. Getting a wheelchair across the car park is no easy feat and a sprightly young man with no disabled pass just jumped back into his car looking happy with himself. Take a disability for a day and see how it feels to go through this for a lifetime.
