Otterbank is a micro brewery based at the start/end of the Wild Atlantic Way in the Donegal border village of Muff. We focus on barrel aging, mixed and experimental fermentation, alongside a few classic beer styles. Having been at the helm of Wexford’s YellowBelly Brewery for 7 years, the opportunity arose for our Head Brewer & founder Declan Nixon, to purchase the old Bog Hopper brewery in Muff.
