I was looking for a nice whole meal flour and came across an adorably packaged bag of The Little Mill flour and was thrilled. Then, to my delight, it was also Irish! I am thrilled with this product, it’s great quality and bakes beautifully 😊

I have just used your plain whole meal flour and it is excellent. It tastes great too. A really good quality product. These days we are using what we find in the store and mostly not our usual product but this is better than the one I used before now. Keep up the good work.
