Listowel Food Fair

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Listowel Writers week. I couldn't believe such a little town draws such big and interesting names. It is very clear that the whole of Listowel rallies together for this event and it is extremely well organised. I loved all the different workshops and events and can't wait till I am back again!

Listowel Writers Week is a very special literary festival. People come to learn and write and find so much more. They find guidance and inspiration and friendships are made that last a lifetime. People come back year after year and writers, poets and storytellers all get a warm welcome. I can't recommend it enough so put June in your diary for next year.

Fantastic festival for readers and aspiring writers where you can enjoy meeting and listening to local and world famous authors, attend theatre, sessions, cinema and art exhibitions, listen to local heritage tales at walks and tours and pub theatre. Friendly heritage town with great literary tradition annually from Wednesday to Sunday evening of the June bank holiday weekend in Kerry, Ireland.
