We were on holidays down West for a few days. On one of the mornings we had Keanes sausages in a cafe on Achill Island, they were delicious so we decided to go the butcher shop on our last day before we headed home. The welcome we received from the lads in Keanes was fantastic, we had a good chat with them and a laugh, we walked away with juicy 12 ounce rib eye steaks and of course more sausages. Keanes offer the highest quality produce and they top that by being the friendliest and most welcoming butchers I have never been to! 10 out 10 every time!
We went to this shop not for the meat, but to buy scones (Kate McCormack’s). They were just fantastic!
